Personalize Your E-blasts - October 2006So you have a need to send out a mass e-blast... There’s no reason it needs to feel that way to the recipient. By adding a first name field to the e-blast the reader gets the impression that the message is more relevant to them. Thus giving you a higher chance that they will read the message.
